Dr. Alyssa is a pediatric physical therapist and gross motor expert who is passionate about supporting babies and their families as they learn and grow through important milestones. Her group classes are designed to make developing gross motor skills easier, more enjoyable, and less stressful for both parents and little ones.

Each class is capped at 5 families, creating a supportive, small-group setting where parents can receive hands-on guidance and personalized tips, while also connecting with other families at the same stage of development.

Sessions are 60 minutes and include a take-home handout with a recap of what was covered, along with extra strategies to keep the progress going at home. Classes follow a play-based, stress-free approach that supports not only your child’s development but also strengthens the parent–child connection.

Included in admission to the class is admission to open-play for the whole family for the day of the class.
